$32–$38 / hour

I set my own rate. Where it lands depends on how many kids and what time of day. Evenings have a 3-hour minimum.

About

A little about me

I started sitting while I was taking early childhood education classes at SF State and never really stopped. These days I work with a small group of families I know well, so I actually remember the bedtime routine, the allergy list, and which stuffed animal cannot go missing.

I'm pretty calm and hands-on. Screens stay off unless you'd rather they didn't, we usually cook something simple together, and I leave the kitchen tidier than I found it.

How families book me

Evening & date-night sitting
What I get asked for most. Weeknights and weekends, 3 hours minimum.
After-school care
Pickup, snack, homework help, and dinner started before you're home.
Weekend day care
Full or half days. We usually end up at a park or the library.
Occasional overnight
For families I've already sat for at least three times.
Travel & event sitting
Weddings, family visits, and hotel sitting if you ask.

Good to know

My terms

Booking: Send a request here with the date, the hours, and your kids' ages. I'll get back to you within a day.
Cancellation: No charge if you cancel more than 24 hours ahead. Inside 24 hours I ask for half the booked time.
Payment: You pay me directly after each sitting. Zelle, Venmo, or cash all work, whatever's easiest for you.
Travel & extras: I'll only drive the kids if we've arranged it beforehand. If you're running late, I count it in 30-minute blocks.
